The scene happened in their residence in Southeast Houston, Texas, United States of America where the couple was engaged in a fight and a total of three bullets were fired, according to Renard. He told the Police that he mistakenly shot his wife causing her death after engaging in a fight with Patricia. He reported to the Police that He and his wife, Patricia had a dispute over their guns which started Patricia shot him in the leg during the quarrel and he took her gun and fired two times, shooting his wife to death. In a total of three shots fired at the residence, two hit Particia while one shot at Renard’s leg. Police found the dead body of Patricia in the closet of the Master bedroom. A mobile phone, a handgun, and some shell casings were also found close to the lifeless body of Patricia. According to the court records, Renard also called an ambulance at 3 am on the incident night(July 28, 2019 ). As Renard was also shot by a bullet in his leg, he was admitted for treatment at Ben Taub Hospital, USA.
According to Patricia’s brother, Ezra Washington, they both had been fighting lately on some issues including the lack of intimacy from Regard or the suspicions of the usage of steroids by Revard Spivey, according to his wife Patricia.
